If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights
Our services are designed to provide lifecycle-spanning care tailored to the unique needs of your dog. All proprietary training methodologies, care plans, digital content, and branding materials provided through our 'Vivid' and 'Vintage' programs are the intellectual property of Vivid & Vintage Canine Services. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our resources solely for the personal care of your canine companion.
- Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any proprietary training materials or specialized geriatric care protocols without prior written consent.
- You are prohibited from using our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- Users must not attempt to bypass or interfere with the security features of our digital platforms or misrepresent their identity or the health status of their canine.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Vivid & Vintage Canine Services provides all care and training programs on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we provide expert-led interventions for both high-energy development and senior mobility, we do not guarantee specific behavioral or health outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivid & Vintage Canine Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, the physical activity of the canine, or reliance on the information provided during care sessions.
4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vivid & Vintage Canine Services is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the 'Effective Date' of these terms. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgement of the modified terms.
